Author Fair

I had a great time at the Beaverton Author Fair.

It’s always fun when I get to meet readers and this one was also at the fair with helping her Mom with her book, An Apple a Day by Karina Diazleal

The World is a Sniff continues to be my big seller at events! But this time I got to meet two of the authors who I took a workshop with during the pandemic on Zoom. The workshop, Writing NonHuman Characters, was taught by Elizabeth Beechwood and Katherine Quevedo. Katherine wrote about the author fair in her blog post here. Their workshop helped me shape much of Stormy’s voice and character in The World is a Snifff.

I’ve got a Writing Summer Memories Workshop coming up on June 8 from 1 to 3 at the Cannon Beach History Center. We’re going to dive into those sandcastle festival and July 4th memories. The workshop is donation based and supports the Cannon Beach History Center.
